MEET YOUR CHIEF HEALING ARCHITECT

A Maui native and a student of the healing arts with completed trainings in Reiki I & II. Over the years, I searched and practiced with various western and eastern esoteric theories and systems. In 2015, I met my teacher Dr.and Master Zhi Gang Sha, MD and had the privilege to be trained and certified as a Tao Hands Practitioner. Dr. and Master Sha's model offers a unique and comprehensive understanding of the soul-heart-mind-body connection to our challenges in health, relationships, finances, and more. 

Additionally, I’ve taught mindfulness-based curriculums to communities of at-risk youth, indigenous peoples in Los Angeles, correctional facilities in Northern CA also working with individuals of chronic pain. My role as a psychologist at Kaiser Pain Medicine include:  teaching classes, completing pre-surgical evaluations and providing therapy to those with pain and trauma. My research interests include spirituality and mindfulness-based approaches to mental health working with Sha Research Foundation as a co-investigator. I enjoy mentorship and currently supervising psychological pre-doctoral interns. 

My approach is of aloha, alignment, compassion and action. I hope to work together with you on your healing journey.
